The location was perfect for my Christmas trip with easy access to key tourist areas. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved the elevator that made it easy to access my room on the higher floor. The bed was also comfortable and the showers were clean.
One member of staff didn't help me when I needed it and it cost me some money. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle as they required ID that I didn't have on me at the time.

Great location, just steps away from the train station and close to many famous places in the city center. The free breakfast across the street was convenient and reasonably priced. The staff at the hostel were friendly and the reception being open 24/7 was a plus.
Charges for extras can add up quickly, including internet, lockers, and luggage storage. It would have been more comfortable with more bathrooms available.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, directly over the train station and within the center of the city. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are basic, but comfortable with just a little table and a private bathroom. I stayed on Bed 11 in Room 401 and had an amazing view. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great start to the day.

Stayed in a warm and comfortable room with a spacious underbed storage. Microwaves and fridges in the chill room were convenient. Great location with fabulous views. The location was perfect, situated near the main attractions in the city, making it easy to walk around. I felt comfortable and safe even at night as a solo traveler. The staff were helpful and kind. I appreciated the locker facilities, which allowed me to store my luggage even before checking in and after checking out for a small fee. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the relatively quiet room despite the busy Hogmanay period.
The communal spaces were limited, and the chill-out room was not ideal. It was compact, without any windows in it, which made it less appealing.

The location is perfect, just a minute away from the main train station and Royal Mile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed-spaces have curtains for privacy and power outlets with USB ports. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being right next to the train station and close to many attractions. The room or service or breakfast was satisfactory, providing the necessary comfort to stay for a few nights. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, you could see much of the city from up there. There are many leisure facilities to enjoy, making it a great choice for those wanting to be close to the action.
The hotel's staff were unprofessional and unaccommodating.
